| Health benefits for retirees remain unchanged. Faculty who have retired are not in our bargaining unit and always keep the benefits they have earned at the time of retirement. The choices the active faculty made two years ago, opting for increased retirement contributions or fixed-amount payments post-retirement, remain unchanged and intact and have been codified in the body of the Agreement. | ||
