| I am in full support of all the teaching staff. I have had a great experience at Oakland and hope that the issues at hand can be resolved soon.The administration needs to realize that OU is the school that it is because of the teaching staff, the teachers are the ones who touch the lives of their students and make the difference. Administration is necessary, but the university is a great institution because of the teaching staff and their abilities. | ||

| I am also in full support of the faculty. As a RESEARCH university, the administration should come SECOND. What seems to be going on now is the same garbage that happened with the Banks, Investment Companies, Insurance Companies: the people who rely on the institution get screwed while the people who run it get big fat pay raises. | ||
